Hello, I’m Margherita Sacca, a counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel heard.
My training was based on relational-systemic model, and my approach is integrative– meaning I draw on different therapeutic models I studied in my continuous professional development and reflective practice, to adapt to your unique needs, always with a focus on building trust and understanding. Over the years, I have worked in universities, charities, and private practice, supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism), relationship difficulties, bereavement, and life transitions.
Alongside one-to-one counselling, I have also delivered workshops and wellbeing programmes on topics such as resilience, stress management, transitions, and recovery. I continue to deepen my skills through regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development, with specialist training in trauma-informed approaches, self-harm, suicide prevention, neurodiversity, and identity/relationship support (including LGBTQ+ ).
I am fluent in English and Italian, and I bring a multicultural perspective to my work. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to provide a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment where you can explore challenges, find clarity, and move forward at your own pace.
